We’re a small food company located in the Riviera di Ponente, in San Bartolomeo al Mare. We produce biscuits, pastries and savory appetizers, inspired by the ancient Ligurian recipes based on olive oil.
The Pandolio is the elaboration of a pastry – the Stroscia, whose origins are from the Imperia hinterland.
Back in the old days families didn’t waste a thing: the extra virgin olive oil deposit, the so-called residue, was recycled and mixed with flour and sugar, to create one of the most delicious pastries in the Ligurian tradition.
